Pan Ei Phyu is a researcher with the Security Dialogue project at MIPS. She has more than 8 years of research experience on peace and security, election, and socio-economic issues. Prior to joining MIPS, Pan Ei Phyu served as a research supervisor in the social research department of Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation (EMReF), a local NGO supporting evidence-based policy making in Myanmar. She received a Bachelor of Computer Science in 2009, post graduate diploma of Research Studies in 2017, and a diploma of Political Sciences in 2018.
